Instead of building on a carpeted floor or mat, you can decide to build on a table. It isn’t the most ideal place, but if you have pets, it might turn out to be a better place than the floor.
The surface of a table tends to be slippery, and so to build on a table, you will want to add a base layer of Kardtects Building Cards to build on.
Since all levels over the first story of a Kardtects card house is built upon other building cards, there is no reason why the first level can’t be built upon them too!
All you have to do is lay down a flat layer of cards on the table. In the image on the left, the backsides of the Forbidden Jungle Set are used to give the appearance of grass. Once this first layer is down you can then build a card house, or whatever you want, on top!
You’ll want to be careful not to bump the table while building. However, for knocking down, ‘bumping’ the table might be fun! It would be interesting to build various card structures, using different methods, to test which is strongest.
Which do you think would be the strongest?
A tall card tower? The Jungle Hut card house on stilts? A card pyramid of pillars? A Card Castle?
The sturdiness of a card house mostly depends on the method used to build. There are various methods to build with, and some are more stable or stronger than others.
Is the strongest building method the Kardtects Square? The T-Method? The Pillars? The Triangles? What do you think? Test it out!
Building any card structure is fun, and with practice you can build in lots of different ways and places.
Do you think you can build a card house on your bed and then knock it down by jumping on it? Kardtects is going to have to demonstrate that!
Where would you like to build and then have fun knocking it down? Let us know! Maybe Kardtects will build there too!
