Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Kardtects strives for complete customer satisfaction. We would like to make customers aware of the following policies before making a purchase.

Exchange: Within 30 days of purchase, a customer may exchange an unopened Kardtects boxed set for a different boxed set of his choice. (In stand only)

Return and Refund: Kardtects does not offer any Refunds or accept any Returns at this time. It is the customer’s understanding that all purchases are final.

* Although Kardtects makes every effort to provide a complete and perfect product to a customer, mistakes in manufacturing, packaging, etc. may occasionally happen. Please contact us detailing issues of this type, and we will work with you to resolve the matter as swiftly as possible.
