Although building a card house with Kardtects Building Cards takes only minutes to master, it’s the ease of building that makes the system so fun. As such people can take hours in building their architectural designs, but that is nothing in comparison to some world structures.
In this modern age, it can take as little as 19 days to build the core structure of a Skyscraper in China, or a year to build the 187ft Prudential Tower. It took around 5 years to build the Burj Khalifa (presently the tallest building in the world, at 2,722 feet tall).
If you think that is a long time, that is nothing compared to the Roman Coliseum, which was started in 70 AD, but took another 10 years to be complete its 620 ft long and 157 ft tall structure.
Even so, York Minster Cathedral took even longer to complete as building started in 1220 but was not completed in 1472, making 252 years! When completed it was considered one of the most spectacular representations of Gothic structures of its age, with the largest example of medieval stained glass in the whole world which is about 520-feet long and three soaring towers which are about 200-feet tall each.
But records show the structure that took the longest to build was the Great Wall of China, as the project took over 2,000 years to complete! The Great Wall is over 4,160 miles long to this date. This this the longest construction project in this world.
So if someone complains you are playing with Kardtects too much, tell them to be grateful you aren’t building the Great Wall of China.
